Grilled Peppered Catfish (marinade)
Smoky grilled fish with pepper-soup soul.
Ingredients
- catfish
- onion
- oil
- 1 tbsp Pepper Soup Spice
Method
- Blend the spice with a little oil and onion, coat the fish and rest 30 minutes, then grill or oven-roast, basting, until charred at the edges.
