Can I ship internationally?
Yes — we welcome partners worldwide. Freight is quoted within 24 hours from Lagos. Distributor-tier orders ship via container or ocean cargo lines.
How long is the application review?
3 business days. Starter tier is usually same-day. Distributor tier includes a short phone or video call.
Do I need a registered business?
For Reseller & Distributor, yes. Starter accepts sole proprietors and Instagram-based food businesses.
Can I co-brand?
No, the Winnie's label stays. But we'll add your shop's name to the recipe-card insert in your crates.
Do you offer payment terms?
Net-30 for Distributor partners after 90 days of on-time prepaid orders. Starter & Reseller are strictly prepaid.
What if a jar arrives damaged?
We replace or credit. Full stop. Send a photo of the damaged shipment within 5 days of delivery.
