Catfish Pepper Soup (Point-and-Kill)

Ingredients

• fresh catfish steaks
• onion
• scent leaf
• fresh pepper
• 1 tbsp Pepper Soup Spice

Method

1. Bring seasoned water with onion, pepper and the spice to a boil, slide in the catfish and simmer gently (don't stir hard) for 10 minutes.
2. Add scent leaf.
